“Social anxiety of going to events gone after four sessions. Before sessions I would avoid social gatherings. Make excuses to not to go. The thought of it would bring on panic attack related symptoms of palpitations, tight chest and dizziness. Now I’m confident to go, join and get involved.” The sessions were very therapeutic I would definitely use the service again and recommend this.
